Senior IT Engineer

Salary: £35,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2012-2019
• Knowledge of networking, including LAN, WAN and WLAN
• Knowledge of firewalls and VPNs
• A full UK driving licence
• Own vehicle for customer site visits

Responsibilities:

• Lead IT projects, including Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations
• Visit customer sites across Warwickshire to install, configure and support IT systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely and on-site
• Build long-term relationships with customers and act as their trusted IT expert
• Support our Service Desk by responding to incidents and service requests
• Install, maintain and repair PCs, servers and network equipment
