Senior ERP Consultant - Implementation & Customer Success

Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced ERP consultant with at least five years of experience implementing, consulting on, or advising around ERP systems.
• We need proven experience delivering successful ERP implementations and strong customer outcomes.
• We need experience improving, optimising, or leading change within existing ERP customer environments.
• We need strong knowledge of processes such as stock, purchasing, order management, fulfilment, finance, and reporting.
• We need solid SQL and technical capability, with the confidence to investigate data and work under the hood when required.
• We need experience running discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and business process mapping.
• We need confidence training users and working with non-technical stakeholders.
• We need strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge, guide, and influence.
• We need the ability to bring structure and calm when customers are under pressure.
• We need a practical, proactive mindset and willingness to get involved wherever the customer or wider business needs us.
• We need flexibility to travel extensively across the UK and stay away from home regularly.

• We deliver ERP implementation projects across different industries.
• We lead optimisation, improvement, and change projects within existing customer environments.
• We understand customer workflows and translate them into practical ERP solutions.
• We run discovery, requirements gathering, process mapping, training, and go-live support.
• We configure solutions and support customers through implementation and adoption.
• We build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and day-to-day users.
• We challenge customer assumptions constructively when there is a better way to achieve the outcome.
• We use SQL and data investigation to support configuration, troubleshooting, and validation.
• We work closely with Support, Product, and Development to resolve issues and improve delivery.
• We feed customer insight back into the business to improve the product, process, and customer experience.
• We help shape how implementation and Customer Success are delivered as the business grows.

This is a senior, field-based role with extensive UK travel and regular overnight stays, offering a salary of £55,000 to £65,000, a car allowance, and additional benefits.
