Salary: £68,000 - 108,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, including Finance and Operations areas such as Production, Project Management, HR, or related aspects.
• We require AX/D365 implementation experience.
• We require strong client communication skills.
• We require excellent articulation skills for workshops and meetings, including the use of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• We require Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate certification.
• We require experience using the Microsoft Business Process Catalogue on Azure DevOps.
• We value relevant professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA/RC, CPA/RA, or similar.
• We require flexibility and willingness to travel.
• We value Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals certification.
• We value experience using Tax Calculation Service and deploying projects with Tax Calculation Services.
• We value knowledge of Electronic Reporting to build electronic reports, bank payment files, and bank reconciliation.
• We value the ability to recommend the right budgeting, expense management, consolidation, and financial reporting solution, including outside the Microsoft stack.
• We value knowledge of Making Tax Digital Services in the UK.
• We value participation in multi-company and multi-country rollouts of D365 F&O.
• We value experience delivering features such as Finance Insights, Payment Predictions, Invoice Capture, Globalisation Studio, and Electronic Invoicing.
• We value knowledge of Microsoft Copilot for Finance.

Responsibilities:

• We participate in discovery and requirement-gathering workshops.
• We translate business requirements into deployable D365 solutions.
• We complete Fit Gap assessments.
• We deliver internal and external product demonstrations.
• We draft D365 process maps based on internal IPs or the Microsoft Business Process Catalogue.
• We draft functional design documents and functional specifications.
• We deliver training, including Train the Trainer and End User Training, as agreed in the program scope.
• We use our knowledge of D365 Finance modules, including Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, and Taxation, to support delivery.
• We recommend solutions aligned with Modern Microsoft best practices.
• We manage Azure DevOps during program delivery.
• We work across the Microsoft stack, including Lifecycle Services, Business Process Catalogue, Task Guides, and Office tools.
• We provide ongoing support to end users, including troubleshooting and additional training via email, phone, or site visits, while liaising with Microsoft support.
• We contribute reusable assets for the firm, including templates and methodologies.
• We apply knowledge of the D365 data migration framework and security configurations.
• We work with third parties such as exchange rate providers, payment providers, and tax authorities.
• We manage stakeholders and collaborate with development and testing teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• We mentor and guide junior team members.
• We use a structured approach to problem-solving and project execution.
• We manage our time effectively and communicate clearly to produce high-level deliverables and meet commitments.
