Senior Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce)

Salary: £53,000 - 93,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud administration, configuration, and automation experience
• Experience identifying opportunities to use AI and automation to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
• Ability to gather requirements, map processes, and translate business needs into scalable system solutions
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with experience managing integrations, working cross-functionally, and thriving in a changing environment
• Curiosity and openness to emerging technologies, including AI and automation

Responsibilities:

• Own and optimise Salesforce and key business systems across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Finance
• Partner with stakeholders to improve operational processes and deliver scalable system solutions
• Drive automation and AI-powered efficiencies using Salesforces latest AI capabilities to improve workflows and business performance
• Work in a fast-paced scale-up environment, influencing strategy and solving real business problems with visible impact

This is a hybrid role based in London (E1), with 2 days a week in the office and the other 3 days remote or in the office if preferred.
