Requirements:

• We require active SC Clearance.
• We seek an experienced Senior Scala Data Engineer.
• Scala experience is required.
• Experience with Play Framework or other MVC/REST API frameworks is required.
• SQL and database experience is required.
• AWS experience is required.
• Experience with Continuous Integration is required.
• Agile methodology experience is required.
• Experience in API design and development is required.
• Experience with testing and automation is required.
• Production support or SRE awareness is required.
• Experience with Jenkins, Kibana, Airflow, Docker, containerisation, or Grafana would be an added advantage.

We are seeking a Senior Scala Data Engineer for a 6-month contract in London on a hybrid working basis, with a day rate of £530 to £580 inside IR35. You will join a team developing secure, high-volume, highly available backend services and APIs that support fraud detection and data integrity.
