Salesforce Implementation Project Manager
Job Description
Salary: £125,000 - 150,000 per year
Requirements:- Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects as the Project Manager.
- Experience leading Salesforce projects from business case and discovery through design, build, testing, deployment and go-live.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders, business users, technical teams and third-party suppliers.
- Strong project governance, planning, RAID management, reporting and financial management experience.
- Experience delivering complex technology projects within large, matrix-managed organisations.
- Experience working within Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments.
- Experience with Salesforce Core, MuleSoft, Agentforce or the wider Salesforce ecosystem is desirable.
- You must be UK-based and have continuously resided in the UK for the last five years.
- You must be able to work on a hybrid basis across Oxfordshire and Hampshire.
- Lead the delivery of multiple Salesforce implementation projects across the full project lifecycle.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers to ensure successful outcomes.
- Drive delivery across Salesforce Core, MuleSoft and Agentforce.
- Support the delivery of modern, integrated digital services and business transformation.
- Manage project governance, planning, RAID, reporting and financial oversight.
- Engage with senior leaders, business users, technical teams and suppliers to influence outcomes and move projects forward.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Implementation Project Manager to join a large-scale digital transformation programme within a complex, enterprise-level organisation. This is a 6-12 month contract offering a rate of £500-£600 per day inside IR35, with a hybrid working arrangement across Oxfordshire and Hampshire. We are delivering modern, integrated digital services and driving business transformation across Salesforce Core, MuleSoft and Agentforce, working in a collaborative environment with business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers.
