Job Description

Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:
  • We are looking for someone with strong experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM in a B2B environment.
  • We need a deep understanding of data quality, governance and structure.
  • We want someone who is confident writing complex SOQL queries.
  • We require experience working with APIs and integrations, including OAuth 2.0, REST and webhooks.
  • We need someone comfortable reading technical documentation or code, including Java-based SDKs.
  • We are looking for excellent Excel skills.
  • We want practical experience with data quality tools such as Plauti or equivalent.
  • We need a solid grasp of lead routing, assignment rules and source attribution.
  • We are looking for a sharp eye for detail and a methodical approach to documentation.
  • We value a mindset that treats data as a product.
  • Exposure to marketing automation platforms like Pardot or HubSpot is desirable.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages or database environments is desirable.
  • Experience supporting a business through periods of growth and change is desirable.
Responsibilities:
  • We will own the integrity, structure and flow of data within our Salesforce platform.
  • We will ensure leads, opportunities and accounts are accurate, accessible and actionable.
  • We will manage data quality, reporting via SOQL and integrations across Salesforce, Pardot and internal tools.
  • We will work closely with Sales and senior stakeholders.
  • We will take ownership of Salesforce data quality, governance and performance.
  • We will manage large, complex datasets across leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities.
  • We will handle deduplication, lead routing, field standards, validation rules and data quality dashboards.
  • We will support executive-level reporting and turn data into clear, actionable recommendations using Salesforce and Excel.
  • We will troubleshoot sync issues and maintain integrations across multiple platforms.
  • We will collaborate with technical teams when needed.
  • We will triage issues and maintain operational health.
  • We will work closely with Sales, Marketing and leadership to ensure data is accurate, aligned and trusted across the business.
  • We will build strong relationships across the organisation and help teams make better use of data.
