Python Software Engineer

Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong Python experience
• Good understanding of software engineering principles
• Azure experience or a strong interest in cloud
• SQL experience
• Ideally some Power BI experience
• A self-starting, curious approach and willingness to experiment
• The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the wider team
• 3-4 years of engineering experience

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our CTO and Data Engineers to build applications and automation
• Develop a new platform that connects with our CRM and supports all users
• Help shape our engineering function from the ground up
• Build, experiment, and deliver software that makes a tangible difference
• Work independently while collaborating closely with our wider team

We are hiring our first dedicated engineering employee for a hybrid role, initially 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, reducing to 1 day in the office over time. You will join a team of around 30 people and have real influence, genuine autonomy, and the freedom to build and innovate. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys writing great code, experimenting, and helping shape an engineering function from the ground up.
