Product Owner

Salary: £48,000 - 88,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require active UKSV DV clearance.
• We require sole British nationality.
• We require proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role.
• We require a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product delivery.
• We require experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and stakeholder relationships.
• We require the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.
• We require previous experience in Defence, National Security, or another highly secure environment.

Responsibilities:

• We expect you to own and manage the product backlog, roadmap, and delivery priorities.
• We expect you to define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with programme objectives.
• We expect you to engage with users and stakeholders to understand, validate, and prioritise requirements.
• We expect you to work closely with Agile delivery teams to maximise value and accelerate outcomes.
• We expect you to manage product risks, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints.
• We expect you to drive user-centred product development and continuous improvement.
• We expect you to monitor product performance, adoption, and benefits realisation.
• We expect you to support products throughout their lifecycle, from discovery through to live service.
