Responsibilities:

  • We champion TDD and automated testing across unit, integration, and system levels.
  • We enable and evolve test automation frameworks and practices across teams.
  • We collaborate with DevOps and SRE partners to improve release reliability, deployment frequency, monitoring, alerting, and production readiness.
  • We mentor and develop engineers to elevate technical skills, design thinking, and ownership.
  • We provide guidance through code reviews, design discussions, and technical deep dives.
  • We foster a culture of high engineering standards, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • We act as a trusted technical advisor to product, QA, and platform teams.
  • We work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Architecture, QA, and Operations.
  • We communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • We collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams across North America, EMEA, and India.
  • We proactively identify risks and propose pragmatic solutions.
