Principal IS Engineer

Salary: £60,000 - 100,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• We define and drive the technical vision, aligning engineering direction with business goals and shaping product and technology roadmaps.
• We champion best engineering practices and foster a collaborative culture while raising technical standards across teams.
• We design and evolve scalable, high-performance architectures for complex, enterprise-level systems.
• We mentor and guide engineers while remaining hands-on through coding, code reviews and technical leadership.
• We partner with product, design and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, customer-focused outcomes.
• We ensure reliability, security and continuous improvement.
• We translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
• We lead the design of AI-enabled solutions and help ensure they are robust, secure and compliant.
