Responsibilities:

• We gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• We facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• We produce detailed process maps and operating models.
• We support requirements traceability throughout the programme lifecycle.
• We assist with impact assessments and work closely with Product, Technology, and Delivery teams.
• We support implementation and migration activities.
• We contribute to payment scheme and operational process improvements.
• We ensure requirements align with programme objectives and regulatory expectations.
