Oracle Fusion Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager
Job Description
Salary: £90,000 - 100,000 per year
Requirements:- You will have successfully delivered at least 2 Oracle Fusion implementation projects previously.
- You will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion implementation across various modules.
- You will be comfortable leading hands-on delivery within a complex, multi-team environment.
- You will have excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- We will lead key workstreams across HCM, Payroll, and Procurement.
- We will drive and guide a complex programme and support the Programme Manager.
- We will bring teams together and help shape how the business adopts Oracle Fusion across the relevant functions.
- We will work in a highly hands-on delivery role and actively contribute to delivering the work.
- We will act as the link between business teams, technical teams, and external partners.
- We will ensure the programme stays aligned to business needs and overall transformation goals.
- We will work in conjunction with and report into the Programme Manager.

We are supporting a client undertaking a major Oracle Fusion transformation and modernisation programme. This is a fixed-term contract for 18 months to 2 years, with the role based in London or Portsmouth and requiring weekly or bi-weekly visits to the secondary location, with travel expenses covered. The role offers hybrid working of 1 to 2 days in the office per week, a salary of up to £100,000 basic per annum plus car allowance and bonus.
