Oracle Functional Analyst Solutions (Oracle HCM)

Salary: £95,000 - 130,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience providing Oracle HCM implementation or support expertise on Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud platforms
• Interest in converting HR technology implementation skills from another platform, such as SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong previous experience in a relevant functional or technical area
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in a support function resolving client functional or technical issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience managing quarterly releases and updates for Oracle HCM
• Implementation experience configuring Oracle applications to meet business requirements, in paid employment or volunteer capacity
• Eligibility to apply for and obtain UK security clearance to Security Check (SC) level, if not already holding existing clearance

Responsibilities:

• Translate business or design objectives into technical requirements
• Undertake configuration in Oracle HCM Cloud and build Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence reports for the functional area
• Produce client-facing deliverables, including process documentation, configuration workbooks, and functional specifications
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain technology applications
• Help clients transform their HR functions through cloud technology solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new solutions that solve complex client challenges
