Salary: £52,000 - 71,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Deep hands-on experience administering Amazon Connect, including configuration, support, optimization of contact flows, routing, queues, permissions, and integrations.
  • Proven Atlassian administration experience across Jira and Confluence, including workflows, schemes, permissions, automation, governance, and platform configuration in a complex organizational environment.
  • Demonstrable Google Workspace administration experience, including identity, access, collaboration services, security controls, user lifecycle management, and platform governance.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Intune and JAMF for device and application management.
  • Good understanding of identity and access management with Entra ID, Conditional Access, and MFA.
  • Experience implementing collaboration governance, lifecycle management, and Teams/SharePoint structure.
  • Experience implementing or managing DEX tooling to measure and enhance user experience and endpoint performance.
  • Scripting and automation skills in PowerShell or Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with Windows Autopilot and hybrid join scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong understanding of IT security practices and experience working alongside security teams to ensure infrastructure is resilient and compliant.
  • Experience working in small, agile technology teams and contributing across a broad range of tools and platforms, including areas outside your core remit.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize our Google Workspace environment, including user management, access controls, security, collaboration services, and platform governance.
  • Take ownership of Amazon Connect to continuously improve the platform and optimize contact flows, routing, queues, and permissions.
  • Act as a technical SME, working with stakeholders to enhance the user and customer experience.
  • Shape and evolve Jira and Confluence across the organization through workflows, permissions, schemes, automation, integrations, and governance.
  • Manage and evolve our Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Viva, and related services, ensuring availability, security, and adoption.
  • Design, configure, and maintain device lifecycle management through Microsoft Intune and JAMF, driving a secure, zero-touch approach to provisioning and compliance.
  • Own and optimize our digital user experience using DEX tooling to monitor, analyze, and continuously improve the end-user digital experience across all endpoints.
  • Use insights to identify performance bottlenecks, enhance device health, and proactively resolve issues before they impact users.
  • Implement automation using PowerShell, Power Automate, and other M365 admin tools to simplify provisioning, onboarding, and access management.
  • Partner with our Security team to embed identity protection, conditional access, DLP, and compliance policies into all workplace tools.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and contribute to the teams knowledge base.
