Market Intelligence Analyst

Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a Market Intelligence Analyst role or a similar position
• Experience with automation, setting up data flows to connect external and internal data sources, and visualising data for reporting in Power BI
• Experience with systems such as Veeva, Salesforce, Power BI, Microsoft applications and Azure
• Experience managing administration of SFE cycles, including IC/SIP, sales targeting, segmentation and targeting

Responsibilities:

• Lead and evolve specific Commercial Excellence initiatives in SFE and Commercial Analytics/Reporting with our UKI Sales and Marketing teams
• Work with Sales, Marketing and Finance to implement SFE projects for nominated business units, including sales targeting, segmentation, incentives management and other resource allocation and performance initiatives
• Work with Marketing and Sales to implement KPI reporting that demonstrates effective omni-channel execution
• Provide regular dashboard reporting so our Sales and Marketing teams can review sales, forecast, market and activity data
• Highlight trends, deviations and market insights, and work with commercial teams to use this insight to drive change, decision making and strategy
• Work with Salesforce and/or Veeva CRM to implement new functionality, versions or bespoke internal enhancements to improve reporting and value
• Support users by providing Veeva CRM helpdesk support
• Drive continuous improvements in data, visibility, reporting, processes and data security
• Identify new data sources to supplement existing reporting and support new strategies and projects
• Support the Sales and Marketing community to improve sales targeting and forecasting through data automation, analytics and reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve insight generation and commercial data-driven decision making across Region Market Intelligence and MU stakeholders
• Work closely with our CommEx Lead and Sales and Marketing teams on commercial excellence initiatives and projects
• Proactively look for opportunities to improve reporting, SFE and Commercial Excellence to drive revenue growth

We are recruiting a Market Intelligence Analyst for our team on a permanent basis in Runcorn with hybrid working. The role reports to the Market Intelligence Manager and offers a salary of £40k plus company bonus and benefits. This position supports our UKI Sales and Marketing departments and plays a key part in commercial excellence, data-driven decision making and continuous improvement across our reporting and analytics activities.
