Lead AI Engineer Python LLM Tech Consultancy

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with strong knowledge of AI, LLMs and agentic coding.
• We require hands-on experience deploying LLMs and multi-modal models at scale in production.
• We require a strong understanding of scalable MLOps, observability and cloud-native AI deployment.
• We require strong Python coding skills and API development skills.
• We value collaborative and pragmatic engineers with advanced stakeholder communication, problem-solving and project management skills in Agile environments.
• We require a 2.1 or above bachelors degree in Computer Science, AI or a related STEM discipline.
• Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex is advantageous.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks is advantageous.
• Experience with Langfuse, Langsmith, MCP (Model Context Protocol) and bias mitigation techniques is advantageous.
