IT Trainer

Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced IT Trainer with prior IT training experience; legal sector experience is preferred.
• We need strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
• We need an excellent understanding of IT systems, software, and tools used in law firms.
• We need experience working with complex systems and multiple software applications.
• We value a passion for learning and development and strong technical communication skills.
• Training certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities:

• We will have our IT Trainer deliver training strategy and materials across multiple formats.
• We will have the IT Trainer deliver onboarding and refresher training and create engaging learning materials.
• We will have the IT Trainer assess training effectiveness and gather feedback.
• We will have the IT Trainer support users after system implementations and during system changes.
• We will have the IT Trainer administer and track training activities.
• We will have the IT Trainer work closely with our Change, L&D, and Project teams to support BAU and project-specific training.
