Requirements:- Experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365/Office 365
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and basic networking
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience within an educational environment would be desirable
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Appropriate qualifications and training for the role
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and software
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and Windows operating systems
- Set up and support AV equipment, projectors, and video conferencing systems
- Manage Active Directory accounts and password resets
- Assist with network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi and physical connectivity
- Maintain accurate IT asset, software, and equipment records
- Support schools with day-to-day IT issues and technical queries
