IT Support Technician

Salary: £26,099 - 26,099 per year

Requirements:

• Strong enthusiasm for IT
• Willingness to develop troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Clear standard DBS check required

Responsibilities:

• Take calls from customers and help resolve their IT issues
• Act as the first point of contact for our customers
• Resolve incidents using own initiative, knowledge, and problem-solving skills
• Use remote support tools to remotely solve and fix issues
• Keep customers updated throughout the incident life cycle
