IT Support and Automation Engineer

Salary: £45,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven 1st line IT support experience in a Windows and Microsoft 365 environment
• Strong, demonstrable automation experience, including building, troubleshooting, and maintaining automations
• Confident communicating with non-technical users
• Organised and methodical approach
• Ability to commute to Billericay

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, practical IT support across the business, including Windows devices, printers, peripherals, meeting room technology, and connectivity
• Administer Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, and support Azure user and access administration
• Handle joiners and leavers, device setup, access and permissions, documentation, and basic security best practice
• Build, test, and maintain automations, including scenarios, webhooks, routers and filters, and error handling and alerts

We are hiring an IT Support & Automation Engineer for an estate management consultancy based in Billericay, Essex. This is a fully on-site role, with one day from home after probation, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm for 37.5 hours per week. The salary is £45,000 to £55,000.
