IT Service Delivery Associate - Chester

Salary: £24,000 - 63,000 per year

• Confident communication with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, take ownership and follow tasks through to completion
• Enjoyment of problem-solving and finding practical solutions
• Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn and develop
• No previous IT experience is required; applications are welcomed from early-career or graduate candidates and people with backgrounds in administration, customer service, retail, hospitality, office support, logistics or coordination

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Prepare and deploy laptops, mobile devices and other equipment
• Manage IT assets and maintain accurate records
• Monitor stock levels and organise equipment
• Process purchase orders, invoices and procurement requests
• Work with suppliers to obtain quotations, place orders and track deliveries
• Coordinate equipment collections and deliveries
• Provide administrative support across the IT Service Delivery function
