IT Security IAM Senior Associate

Salary: £60,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Application Support, or Information Security administration, preferably within financial services; alternatively, an associates degree in a relevant field
• Understanding of IAM lifecycle processes, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and role-based access control (RBAC)
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated provisioning processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to use existing, clearly defined procedures to solve routine problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong command of English
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage user accounts across multiple computer applications
• Provision user access requests accurately and promptly through SailPoint, ServiceNow, or email forms
• Support the planning and execution of automation projects, contributing to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of workflow solutions
• Assist in training new team members on IAM procedures
• Investigate unresolved issues, develop solutions, and keep management informed
• Maintain accurate documentation for internal and external audits
• Ensure user account administration complies with audit requirements and information security best practices
• Identify and escalate unusual or suspicious activities according to internal guidelines and corporate policies
• Perform daily processes accurately for internal customers and external clients
• Complete other tasks assigned by management to support IAM and its objectives
