IT Project Manager
Job Description
Salary: £90,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements:- Strong proven and relevant IT project management skills gained within international banking, with the ability to lead, manage, and deliver individual projects
- Good understanding of IT systems, automations, upgrades, migrations, and cyber security, including Midas, FPM, Power9 iSeries platform, and iSeries IOS
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to liaise at all levels
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage workload
- Assist with the successful implementation of three main projects: the update of the Treasury system, the implementation of a new core banking system at the Branch, and Comms Room Refurb
- Navigate steering groups and change requests through Head Office
- Attend meetings with our outsourced vendor, including our banking infrastructure provider and branch backup provider, to ensure high levels of service continue
- Assist with SWIFT message format changes and ISO 2022 global changes for cross-border payments
- Manage Phase 2 of the Murex project
- Manage, in conjunction with Head Office, the migration of Branch Guarantees to EximBills and the onboarding of a new front-end system for customers
- Provide oversight of Branch Third Party Risk Management for IT contracts, ensuring contracts and licenses are managed correctly
- Coordinate with the project team working on the Branch refurbishment to ensure a smooth rebuild of the IT comms room

We are a small international bank seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support key projects currently underway. This is a hybrid role based in our London office, with three days per week in the office and two days working remotely. You will work closely with Head Office, outsourced vendors, and our wider project team to help deliver core banking, treasury, infrastructure, and compliance-related initiatives.
