IT Business Solutions Manager

Salary: £67,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or relevant certifications.
• Experience in IT architecture and solutions for data flow among systems and applications.
• Experience in data analysis and insight generation, preferably within FMCG.
• Proven track record delivering data solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform, including Azure Databricks, Data Factory, and Data Lake.
• Strong understanding of Azure PaaS management, resource monitoring, and CI/CD processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/PySpark, and the Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities:

• Support Western European markets by designing, implementing, and evolving data-driven solutions to optimise decision-making.
• Maximise data value through advanced analytical tools, robust project management, and collaboration with global teams.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of data solutions, from data ingestion and processing to insight generation and visualisation.
• Ensure compliance with security standards.
• Drive continuous improvement across regional markets.
