IT Applications Lead

Salary: £55,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need strong experience administering and supporting enterprise applications, particularly Dynamics CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• We need experience designing, developing or administering Power Apps, Power Automate and wider low-code solutions.
• We need a good understanding of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft 365 and modern cloud technologies.
• We need experience leading or mentoring technical teams within an enterprise environment.
• We need a strong understanding of application governance, security, architecture and change management.
• We need the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• We value a passion for continuous improvement, automation and driving digital transformation through Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities:

• We lead and develop a specialist applications team, supporting performance, collaboration and professional development.
• We own and continually improve a Microsoft enterprise application estate including Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• We drive the adoption of Power Platform and low-code solutions to automate processes and improve business efficiency.
• We chair architecture and change governance forums, helping shape application standards and ensuring technology changes are delivered effectively.
• We work closely with wider IT teams to deliver integrated technology solutions.
• We embed security, governance and data management best practice across enterprise applications.
• We build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors and implementation partners to successfully deliver technology initiatives.
