Integrations Solutions Architect

Salary: £69,000 - 109,000 per year

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience working in technology, finance, or consulting
• Proven track record of successfully delivering integration-related projects
• Strong understanding of API security, performance, and best practices across integration methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to take ownership of projects
• Continuous learner who stays current with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Collaborative and able to work effectively with diverse teams
• Must have and maintain the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new technology partners
• Ensure seamless integration with our platform
• Design and implement robust integration solutions using APIs, Single Sign-On (SSO), and secure file delivery methods
• Leverage and troubleshoot RESTful APIs and other service technologies, such as SOAP, for data exchange and functional integration
• Work with data in formats such as JSON and XML, including parsing, transforming, and mapping as needed
• Implement secure API authentication and authorisation protocols, such as API keys and OAuth 2.0
• Collaborate with partners to assess technical requirements and advise on integration best practices
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides and workflow diagrams
• Support and troubleshoot technical issues during and after partner integration
• Respond to and prioritise support requests from existing partners in a timely and effective manner
• Engage with our R&D teams to stay informed of product updates and provide feedback on platform improvements
