Requirements:

• Proven infrastructure separation, consolidation, or M&A integration experience
• Infrastructure and hosting strategy experience
• Azure, AWS, or GCP architecture and migration experience
• Microsoft 365, identity, workplace, and network integration experience
• Day 1 readiness and managed-service transition experience
• Strong cybersecurity experience is highly advantageous
• Senior-level experience operating credibly with executives, advisors, and PE stakeholders
• Ability to facilitate architecture decisions and move quickly from incomplete diligence information to pragmatic designs and executable plans
• Facilities management, building services, or field-services experience would be beneficial

Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure, cloud, and cyber initiatives at Principal/Director level
• Support infrastructure separation, consolidation, and M&A integration work
• Develop infrastructure and hosting strategy
• Design and guide Azure, AWS, or GCP architecture and migration
• Support Microsoft 365, identity, workplace, and network integration
• Drive Day 1 readiness and managed-service transition
• Work with executives, advisors, and PE stakeholders to facilitate architecture decisions
• Translate incomplete diligence information into pragmatic designs and executable plans

We are an ARM specialist talent acquisition and management consultancy, advertising this 3-month Infrastructure, Cloud & Cyber Lead role at Principal/Director level. The role is based in London/Hybrid with 1-2 days per week on site and is inside IR35.
