• Define enterprise patching processes, tooling strategy, and automation roadmap
• Drive platform stability, security, and compliance objectives
• Execute patching, upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and validation activities
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, security, and business stakeholders
• Support governance, reporting, audit readiness, and continuous improvement
• Implement automation and operational best practices where applicable
