Requirements:

• Proven experience implementing and supporting PingID within enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Ping Identity technologies.
• Hands-on experience with MFA, SSO, and identity federation.
• Experience integrating applications using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support PingID authentication solutions.
• Design, deploy, and maintain Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) capabilities.
• Integrate applications with Ping Identity technologies.
• Troubleshoot authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), and access management issues.
• Support ongoing Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation initiatives.
• Work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver secure authentication services.
• Ensure solutions meet security standards, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

We are hiring for a PingID SME (Identity & Access Management) to join a major enterprise programme focused on strengthening IAM capabilities. This is a fully remote initial 3-month contract offering up to £430 per day inside IR35, with the opportunity to contribute to a large-scale security transformation in a complex technical environment. The role requires active SC clearance and offers the chance to work with a wide range of technical teams to deliver secure authentication services.
