Head of Continuous Operations
Job Description
Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements:- Proven experience in technical pre-sales, account management, or business development within IT services, consultancy, or high-end managed services.
- Strong understanding of modern IT environments, including cloud architecture, DevOps principles, cybersecurity, networking, and governance.
- Experience overseeing IT operations or service delivery, with the ability to recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team.
- A consultative approach to service design, focused on tailoring technology to real business outcomes rather than ticket volume.
- Experience in heavily regulated industries, such as financial services or fintech, is highly desirable.
- Lead commercial growth by acting as the technical pre-sales authority and selling our Continuous Operations services.
- Design tailored, modular service packages aligned with enterprise clients strategic goals.
- Oversee our support function and ensure delivery of proactive security, modern MI reporting architectures, and cross-platform support across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Hire, structure, and scale our Continuous Operations team as revenue grows.
- Collaborate with our Growth & Marketing Manager on campaigns and our COO on commercial strategy.
- Identify complex consulting opportunities to refer to our CEO-led consulting practice.
- Advise clients on avoiding the hidden costs of downtime, architectural debt, and superficial security as they scale.
