Expert Partner - Security & Cyber
Job Description
Salary: £41,000 - 41,000 per year
Requirements:- Bachelors degree required; masters degree highly preferred
- Demonstrable deep expertise and practical design experience in at least one or more of the following security domains: IAM, SOC, Cloud Security, DevSecOps, Network Security
- Ability to build relationships and influence C-suite stakeholders in a strategy consulting context
- Subject matter expertise in security with a deep understanding of its use in enterprise and government contexts, and knowledge of the technology market and applicable regulations
- Comfortable designing future-state architectures, developing financial models for those architectures, and conducting detailed options analysis to support business cases
- Strong business and financial acumen as well as analytical skills
- Track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Previous experience working with public sector clients
- Familiarity with architecture best practice and frameworks such as TOGAF and SABSA
- Deliver client engagements and manage client relationships
- Manage teams and advise clients at the highest strategic level on big-picture and tactical matters
- Contribute to the ongoing development of our asset-based methodologies
- Build a reputation for deep domain and industry expertise and position yourself as a recognised thought leader
- Develop repeatable, globally consistent practice area collateral, offerings, and supporting materials with Practice and Industry Leads
- Drive development of assets and intellectual property such as tools, accelerators, and playbooks
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of complex market data sets, primary research, and competitive landscapes
- Drive client solutioning in sales pursuits by understanding client challenges and desired outcomes
- Formulate solutions based on practice area expertise and capabilities
- Identify value propositions and differentiators for our offerings
- Develop storylines that represent our capabilities to address client problems
- Drive high client satisfaction through exceptional delivery and strong relationships
- Drive achievement of individual and practice financial objectives and contribute to our overall financial success
- Proactively package, position, sell, and deliver Security Transformation solutions
- Build a high-performing team with the requisite skill set to sell and deliver Digital Business and Market Strategies
- Lead and mentor associates to build a scaled capability
- Develop training content to increase knowledge of offerings and delivery toolkits
- Support the Practice teams performance by setting clear goals, objectives, and metrics
- Partner with Industry and Region Leads to develop talent strategy, including capacity planning, hiring, and talent management
