Dynamics Solutions Architect

Salary: £80,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• 8+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
• 3+ years experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant
• Strong manufacturing experience, ideally including 5+ years implementing or upgrading Business Central within manufacturing environments
• Good understanding of finance and wider business processes
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience leading, mentoring and supporting other consultants
• Experience with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Events & Extensions, third-party products, and integrations would be advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Design and own end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
• Define the technical approach and produce solution and technical design documentation
• Act as the key technical point of contact for customers
• Lead and provide technical guidance to project delivery teams
• Review and sign off consultant work and overall solution quality
• Work closely with Project Managers to manage scope, risk, budgets, and delivery
• Support customers throughout the full project lifecycle
• Mentor and develop junior consultants
• Evaluate third-party products, integrations, and add-ons
