Data Analyst

Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in a Data Analyst position
• Strong Power BI experience, including data modelling and dashboard creation
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working with ETL processes and data transformation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• The confidence to work with both technical and business stakeholders
• Bonus experience in Microsoft Fabric, Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib), SQL, PowerShell, Microsoft 365 data analysis, data migration projects, Dataverse, or IT transformation/infrastructure projects

Responsibilities:

• Analyse, validate, and transform large datasets from multiple sources
• Build insightful dashboards and visualisations
• Produce project and operational reporting
• Support data migration and transformation activities
• Create meaningful reports for technical and non-technical audiences
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues
• Work closely with customers to understand reporting requirements
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
