Conflicts Database Administrator
Job Description
Salary: £64,000 - 104,000 per year
Requirements:- Demonstrate the ability to follow consistent procedures and display attention to detail in all work activities
- Display professional interpersonal skills to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
- Possess the ability to work in a team environment with a customer-service focus
- Relevant experience handling large volumes of data and working within a database
- Project experience, preferably
- A bachelors degree or equivalent
- Work with the Conflicts Data team, OGC leadership, and other senior stakeholders to ensure appropriate risk management procedures are in place and being followed
- Collaborate with the Conflicts team to ensure conflicts data is up-to-date, and continually work on the review process of how conflicts data is created
- Monitor and manage required edits of conflicts data, as found through conflicts clearances and regular reports, in line with firm policy and procedure
- Work with OGC leaders to develop and prepare various reports relating to system data integrity and clean-up
- Input and update data into the conflicts database, including special notations, affiliates, portfolio companies, directorships, lateral data, and other data-related projects relating to the database, matters, and parties outside the normal conflicts checking process
