Requirements:

• Experienced Copilot Studio SME with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Experience designing, developing, and optimising AI agents and conversational experiences
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform integrations
• Experience building and enhancing workflows using Power Automate
• Experience supporting solutions built with Power Apps and Dataverse
• Ability to work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define AI use cases
• Ability to provide technical leadership and best-practice guidance across Copilot and agent technologies
• Strong troubleshooting and optimisation skills
• Ability to support knowledge transfer and upskilling of internal teams

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Develop and configure custom AI agents and conversational experiences
• Integrate Copilot Studio solutions with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform services
• Build and enhance workflows using Power Automate
• Support the development of solutions using Power Apps and Dataverse
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define AI use cases
• Provide technical leadership and best practice guidance across Copilot and agent technologies
• Troubleshoot and optimise existing solutions
• Support knowledge transfer and upskilling of internal teams

We are hiring for an initial 2-3 month contract opportunity based in Chesterfield, with remote working available. The role is inside IR35 and starts as soon as possible.
