Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within agile software development teams
• Strong experience in stakeholder mapping, engagement, and relationship management
• Experience analysing costs, benefits, risks, constraints, and resource requirements
• Experience defining KPIs, success measures, and cost baselines
• Active Security Check (SC) clearance

Responsibilities:

• Work within our collaborative digital team delivering business-critical projects in a fast-paced agile environment
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and the wider business
• Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and multidisciplinary teams to understand user needs
• Improve business processes and deliver valuable digital solutions
• Lead stakeholder engagement and facilitate workshops
• Map business processes and translate complex requirements into clear, actionable outcomes

We are recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to join our collaborative digital team delivering business-critical projects within a fast-paced agile environment. We operate within a secure government environment, and the role is outside IR35 with a rate of £450-£470. The position is remote with hybrid onsite working in Portsmouth when required. This is an opportunity to contribute to important digital work, but applicants must already hold active SC clearance, as we cannot sponsor or process this clearance for the role.
