Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of hands-on BeyondTrust administration experience
• Experience with BeyondTrust Password Safe, PRA, and Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM)
• Strong Active Directory administration skills
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
• Group Policy configuration and troubleshooting experience
• Knowledge of SAML, SSO, MFA, and RBAC
• Experience supporting secure enterprise production environments
• BPSS clearance eligibility required
• Desirable: experience in a financial services or regulated environment
• Desirable: service transition and knowledge transfer experience
• Desirable: ITIL operational support exposure

Responsibilities:

• Support the administration, troubleshooting, and operational support of a secure PAM platform
• Join a critical transition and service stabilisation programme
• Help shape secure privileged access operations in a high-profile enterprise environment
• Support knowledge transfer into a BAU team
