Technical Project Manager (Remote)

Salary: £63,000 - 97,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven project management experience managing technical projects from concept to delivery
• Familiarity with software engineering and AI tools for rapid software prototyping
• Ability to manage full project lifecycles, from initial concepts to trials and proofs of concept
• Ability to solve unusual technical and logistical challenges in customer-facing trials
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including building trust with senior leaders and engineers
• Strong written communication skills, including producing concise status reports and clear escalations
• Nice to have: Experience in identity and access management, workforce authentication, or fraud prevention
• Nice to have: Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance contexts, such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001
• Nice to have: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification

Responsibilities:

• Scope and drive delivery of experimental, first-of-a-kind innovation projects and proofs of concept
• Provide hands-on prototyping support, including software development and technical implementation
• Manage complex technical dependencies and logistics to enable rapid iteration during innovation trials
• Collaborate with development and science teams to turn technical requirements into functional, trial-ready implementations
• Deliver technical workstreams within large-scale projects as part of wider project teams
• Own project delivery from initial scoping through proof of concept and potential handover to the Product Team
• Prioritize workloads and manage deliverables to deliver projects on time while minimizing impact on business-as-usual teams
