Requirements:

• Were looking for proven experience delivering complex projects and managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Were looking for experience working with third-party vendors and cross-functional technology teams.
• Were looking for confidence managing stakeholders, facilitating meetings and communicating technical project deliverables to a wide audience.
• Were looking for strong knowledge of project management methodologies and processes, including RAID management.
• Were looking for experience with Agile, PRINCE2, DSDM, Jira and Confluence.
• APM or PRINCE2 training is desirable.
• Were looking for someone who is self-driven, organised and solutions-focused, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the tenacity to keep complex projects moving forward.

Responsibilities:

• We expect our Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex technology projects across our organisation.
• We expect them to take ownership of projects from planning through implementation and review, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget, and to high standards of quality, governance and compliance.
• They will develop and maintain detailed project plans and manage risks, issues, budgets and change.
• They will provide clear reporting to stakeholders and act as the key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• They will coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers, remove blockers and ensure deliverables achieve agreed business outcomes.
• They will help create collaborative, high-performing project teams, coach colleagues in effective project practices and drive continuous improvement.
