  • We require strong proficiency in backend microservices development, preferably with Golang.
  • We require proven experience in modern frontend development, preferably with Angular.
  • We require practical experience with, or strong familiarity with, AI-assisted and agentic software development tools and workflows.
  • We require a solid background in testing and debugging complex systems, including unit and integration testing and performance profiling.
  • We require experience designing and operating microservices in SaaS or cloud environments.
  • We value excellent collaboration and communication skills and an articulate, approachable approach to teamwork.
  • We expect engineers to use AI development tools as part of their daily workflow, with comfort in prompting, agentic workflows, and human-in-the-loop review of AI-generated code.
  • Our technology stack includes Golang, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins/CloudBees, and Git. AI-related technologies include Cursor, Claude Code, Python-based libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, and numpy, PyTorch, and LLMs and foundation models in Bedrock, Vertex AI, or similar.
Responsibilities:

  • Participate in engineering support and the 24x7 on-call rotation, approximately one week in 20.
  • Architect, build, and deliver complex, high-throughput Policy Engine features from concept through production rollout.
  • Lead design reviews, mentor teammates on best practices, and introduce agentic coding workflows to support team delivery.
  • Develop subject-matter expertise in the Policy Engine and Agentic Fabric decision systems, contribute to technical roadmaps, and evolve key microservice architectures.
  • Partner with global architecture and engineering leadership to set coding standards and lead major technical initiatives.
  • Use AI development tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality, while reviewing, validating, and taking ownership of all shipped work.
