Salary: £51,000 - 91,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Set Data Center architecture strategy, standards and governance.
• Shape go-to-market propositions and strategic solutions.
• Sponsor innovation and major customer engagements.
• Advise senior customer stakeholders on technology strategy and investment.
• Lead executive workshops, reviews and transformation planning.
• Own architectural escalations across key accounts.
• Lead, coach and develop architects and consultants.
• Build a collaborative, accountable and high-performing culture.
• Own recruitment, succession and capability development.
• Govern complex transformation programmes involving Private Cloud, Data, HPC and AI technologies.
• Assure architecture quality, consistency and risk management.
• Drive delivery excellence and resolve major challenges.

• Support strategic bids and executive presentations.
