D365 Business Central Consultant

Salary: £53,000 - 93,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Business Central, including Core Finance, Fixed Assets, key third-party apps, and BC development fundamentals
• Experience supporting customers and partners and solving complex Dynamics 365 Business Central challenges
• Strategic thinking and the ability to guide clients clearly
• Confidence leading calls, workshops, and training sessions
• Strong organisation, technology skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to understand complex ideas quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels and across languages and markets
• Residence in the country of application and valid right to work; the posting specifies the United States, Philippines, or United Kingdom
• Successful candidates must complete pre-employment checks, including identity verification, references, and qualification checks; additional checks may apply in some countries

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver client work, including implementations, development scoping, and training, to support successful Dynamics 365 Business Central projects
• Serve as a trusted escalation point, resolving complex issues and supporting customers and the support team
• Own follow-up activities from customer engagements and ensure details are managed
• Collaborate across Pax8 to support partner growth, contribute to discovery calls, refine processes, and shape feature documentation
• Continue developing expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central, the Power Platform, business, and accounting through learning, coaching, stretch projects, and on-the-job training
• Work collaboratively with consultants and Business Central support engineers and share knowledge and ideas
