AV Support Specialist
Job Description
Salary: £48,000 - 88,000 per year
Requirements:- Extensive experience with video conferencing and broadcasting systems
- Deep knowledge of AV technologies and IT systems
- Up-to-date knowledge of trends, hardware, and features in AV technologies
- Deep knowledge of graphics, encoding, and video-editing software
- Ensure the AV hardware and software environment in our London office is ready to meet end-user and business needs
- Serve as the local point of contact for key events, such as monthly Kingdom calls
- Help our Communications team plan leadership events in the London office
- Coordinate resources and manage AV controls during events
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with AV hardware and software
- Manage AV equipment inventory and stock, and commission and decommission equipment in the London office
- Contribute to creating AV environment documentation
- Work closely with our corporate Network team and other IT teams
- Help coordinate our AV service providers
- Participate in global projects involving AV-related activities
