• Design and implement IAM and RBAC controls across GCP
• Manage service accounts, permissions and access governance

• Conduct access reviews and support audit requirements
• Work with engineering teams to improve platform security and governance
• Support vulnerability remediation and security controls
• Contribute to automation, monitoring and reporting processes

We are seeking an experienced GCP IAM / RBAC Engineer to join our Data Platform team on a contract basis in the UK. This role sits at the intersection of cloud platform engineering, identity and access management, governance and security, and we are looking for someone to help implement and improve access controls, governance frameworks and security practices across our large-scale Google Cloud environment. The role breakdown is IAM / RBAC / Access Management 30%, GCP Platform Engineering 25%, Data Governance & Classification 20%, Security & Vulnerability Management 15%, and Automation & Reporting 10%.
