Cloud Service Manager
Job Description
Salary: £104,000 - 130,000 per year
Requirements:- Strong ITIL/service management experience.
- Experience across Incident, Change, Problem and Service Request Management.
- Cloud service and multi-supplier experience.
- Experience delivering Continual Service Improvement (CSI) and service reporting.
- Experience with Jira Service Management, Confluence and Remedy or equivalent ITSM tooling.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills.
- Sole British nationality.
- Own and improve ITIL service management processes across Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request and Knowledge Management.
- Drive Continual Service Improvement (CSI).
- Support cloud-based and multi-supplier service environments.
- Manage service governance, reporting, performance monitoring and operational reviews.
- Support Service Desk and operational teams with escalations and service coordination.
- Maintain service documentation, knowledge articles and operational processes.
- Work with stakeholders and suppliers to improve service delivery and customer experience.

We are seeking an experienced Service Management Consultant to join our Defence programme in Corsham. The role is focused on designing, implementing and continually improving ITIL-aligned service management processes within a cloud-based environment, working closely with suppliers, operational teams and customer stakeholders. This is an inside IR35 contract at a rate of £400 to £500, with the role based in Corsham for 1-2 days per week and an initial duration through the end of March 2027.
