1st Line Support

Salary: £20,000 - 23,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are ideally looking for someone who has recently completed a Modern Apprenticeship in IT Support, or has over one year of relevant work experience in the IT industry.
• We prefer applicants with prior experience working in an MSP environment.
• You should have experience supporting the Microsoft ecosystem, including desktops, servers, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
• You should be comfortable with basic network troubleshooting.
• You should be hard working, highly organised, able to work to deadlines, and have great attention to detail.
• You should have a real interest in technology and proven troubleshooting abilities.
• You should be used to dealing with multiple end-user clients and varying priorities on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• We assist the support desk by answering calls and live chats.
• We enter ticket notes accurately.
• We resolve 1st line issues and deal with client problems.
• We ensure relevant tickets are escalated when needed.
• We deliver excellent service to our varied client base.
• We support end-users within the Microsoft environment, including local desktops and servers, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
• We work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple priorities.
