Automation Tester with VoIP, SIP

Salary: £78,000 - 95,940 per year

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of SIP, RTP, and SDP
• Python and API automation experience
• Experience with Wireshark, tcpdump, and PCAP analysis
• Experience with VoIP tools such as SIPp, Spectra, WinSIP, or StarTrinity
• Experience with Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and basic server administration
• Experience with Perimeta SBC, Metaswitch Rhino, or Dialogic Media Server is nice to have
• SSCA certification or knowledge of IN protocols (INAP/MAP) is nice to have

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain automated test frameworks for signaling and media handling
• Simulate concurrent call load and network degradation
• Diagnose audio drops and call failures using packet captures
• Integrate test scripts into CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins and GitLab
