Technical Business Analyst - Data & AI

Salary: £55,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
• Exposure to system integrations, data flows and enterprise platforms
• Awareness or interest in data analytics, AI and emerging technologies
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, BPMN/UML modelling tools and SQL would be advantageous
• Applicants must be eligible to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyse and document business, functional and technical requirements
• Produce user stories, process flows, specifications and acceptance criteria
• Support solution design, feasibility assessments and technical decision-making
• Work with stakeholders to maximise value from data, analytics and AI initiatives
• Support integration, data mapping and enterprise platform projects
• Define test scenarios and support UAT activities
• Investigate technical issues and contribute to sustainable solutions
