Power Platform Developer

Salary: £30,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• Some practical experience or a strong interest in Python, SQL, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps and Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint and Teams.
• Experience using generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude, whether professionally, academically or through personal projects.
• A STEM graduate.
• Good problem-solving skills and the confidence to investigate straightforward issues, while knowing when to escalate more complex technical or security concerns.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach, particularly when supporting colleagues and explaining technical processes in simple terms.
• A genuine interest in AI, automation and emerging technology, with the appetite to learn and develop quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and maintenance of practical AI and automation solutions that improve how teams across the business work.
• Work on automated workflows, AI assistants and Copilot agents.
• Build, test and improve solutions used by colleagues across the organisation.
• Work across Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot, Claude, SharePoint and Teams.
• Develop further into areas such as Python, SQL, APIs, Databricks and AI agents.
